Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct collection outreach via phone and email to clients
  • Address billing discrepancies and escalate issues when needed
  • Keep accurate accounts receivable records and liaise with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Completion of High School Diploma or GED
  • Understanding of financial principles and accounts receivable processes
  • Competence in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts receivable or collections
