Job Summary

AT3 Professional Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Equipment and Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to machine setters to achieve efficiency and quality standards.
  • Monitor building systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as needed with outside parties.
  • Maintain adequate parts for in-house equipment repairs.
  • Define and justify capital improvements as needed.
  • Oversee and ensure maintenance of the entire facility and all production equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental requirements.
  • Negotiate and manage maintenance contracts with third parties.
  • Advise management on ways to increase energy efficiency and save costs.
  • Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.

Requirements

  • Electrical and mechanical aptitude with a focus on troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of electrical and complex mechanical systems.
  • Ability to coordinate and evaluate work performed by outside servicers.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
