Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with office and staff personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and utilize janitorial equipment safely and properly.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
- Dust and clean hard surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, including stairs, hallways, and common areas.
- Clean and vacuum carpets, including high-traffic areas.
- Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Wipe down doors and clean glass surfaces as needed.
- Perform periodic stripping and waxing of floors (seasonal).
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Commercial janitorial experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage daily tasks.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
