Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with office and staff personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain and utilize janitorial equipment safely and properly.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
  • Dust and clean hard surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, including stairs, hallways, and common areas.
  • Clean and vacuum carpets, including high-traffic areas.
  • Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated areas.
  • Wipe down doors and clean glass surfaces as needed.
  • Perform periodic stripping and waxing of floors (seasonal).
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Commercial janitorial experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage daily tasks.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
