Key Responsibilities
In your capacity as a seasoned professional in commercial insurance, you will:
Develop comprehensive insurance solutions by assessing current policies, including deductibles, claims history, and potential risks. Based on your evaluations, you will formulate a marketing strategy and lead the underwriting negotiations.
Analyze claims statistics, pricing patterns, and coverage advancements to create the most effective and thorough insurance offerings for clients.
Deliver market intelligence to internal sales and service teams, providing innovative strategies to tap into competitive markets and structure insurance programs for larger commercial clients with intricate risk profiles.
Enhance relationships with underwriters and representatives from insurance companies, maintaining a solid understanding of the underwriting preferences of key partners, including both standard and excess & surplus lines carriers.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, with at least 2-3 years dedicated to marketing and placement functions.
- A comprehensive background in commercial property and casualty insurance, with thorough knowledge of regional insurance markets, industry trends, and coverage innovations.
