Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at DuraServ Corp. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for executing the full cycle of talent acquisition practices, partnering with senior leaders, and representing our company in the community.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment and staffing strategies that effectively fill open job roles within 45 days.
  • Develop and implement progressive sourcing strategies, leveraging technology solutions, professional networking, web sourcing, job boards, social media, and passive talent pools to drive a diverse and engaged pipeline of talent.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process using ADP Recruit, from job postings to candidate review, interviews, pre-employment assessments, and final selection.
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and cost-effective methods for attracting, selecting, and onboarding talent, adhering to company standards and operations.
  • Deliver key talent metrics and performance indicators, utilizing HR Analytics and dashboard reports to inform business decisions.
  • Represent DuraServ Corp at external recruitment events, managing college/university, military, and trade school recruitment efforts, and participating in corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new team members, ensuring a positive onboarding experience and first impression of the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting.
  • Proven knowledge of successful sourcing methods and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume recruiting and workflow processes.
  • Ability to consult and advise management, engaging and influencing top talent to make DuraServ Corp their employer of choice.
