Job Description

As a Sales Executive in our CBS Division, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and qualifying potential clients. Your primary goal will be to win new business by understanding client needs, creating proposals, and presenting solutions. You will work closely with account managers and your sales team to establish and nurture mutually profitable relationships with clients.

We offer a wide range of services to clients in the building maintenance industry, including:

  • Facility solutions
  • Maintenance management
  • Construction project management

Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • A demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales
  • Project or construction management experience is a plus
  • The ability to move clients from prospect to close within a short sales cycle
  • Strong closing skills and proficiency in CRM systems
