Job Overview

Western Construction Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of Concrete Restoration Foreman. This position is ideal for those who are self-driven and possess a strong work ethic, aimed at delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the mixing of concrete using appropriate tools and machinery.
  • Assist various craftsmen in executing their tasks while adhering to industry standards.
  • Supervise assigned workers to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Act as the competent person on-site, identifying and addressing potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage the transportation and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment to the work area.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure supplies are restocked as needed.
  • Coordinate the rigging of scaffolding in line with corporate safety guidelines.
  • Assist in the handling and securing of materials during installation processes.
  • Utilize tools to repair concrete surfaces as necessary.
  • Direct and organize the activities of team members, adjusting work sequences to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure all team members are familiar with and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Maintain communication with client representatives and report any potential issues to project management.
