Contents Technician Role OverviewWe are in search of a Contents Technician to manage cleaning and restoration activities for properties affected by various calamities. If you possess experience in cleaning or general labor and are eager to make a meaningful impact, this position is an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to established cleaning protocols while treating customers' belongings with utmost care.
- Execute intensive cleaning tasks, including the removal of smoke residues.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of items and facilitate the transportation of contents as required.
- Ensure workspaces are organized and that equipment is secured.
- Engage with customers and communicate effectively with team members.
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning or general labor.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in restoration or a related field is preferred.
- Capability to work independently.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Competence in safely using hand and power tools.
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks for extended durations.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within a 100-mile radius.
- Occasional overnight travel and weekend work may be required.
- Exposure to outdoor and construction settings.
- Moderate to high noise levels; hearing protection may be necessary.
