Essential Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active DOD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience in providing program support to the DoD, with the following requirements based on level: Junior 1+ years, Mid 3+ years, Senior 5+ years.
  • Preferred background in DOD, Navy, Army, Marines, National Guard, or NAVWAR programs or similar fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to utilize MS Excel for VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
  • Familiarity with DoD and industry best practices in Program/Project Management.
  • Understanding of the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct on-site support to the Program Manager in overseeing daily operations.
  • Develop, track, and assist in managing project timelines and resources to mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the creation and management of program presentations, correspondence, data requests, and initiatives related to program projects, risks, and challenges.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes and action items, maintain action item trackers, and coordinate the completion of tasks with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in addressing various ad hoc data requests related to program projects.
