Job Title: Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to provide crucial support to our Mortgage Consultant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all paperwork and documentation related to loan processing and customer inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments with clients and team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Support marketing efforts through community events and digital mediums.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in office management or customer service a plus.
