EquipmentShare is Hiring a Property Management Coordinator

EquipmentShare is on the lookout for a Property Management Coordinator to join our Real Estate and Construction Department.
About EquipmentShare

At EquipmentShare, we are committed to revolutionizing the job site experience for modern contractors. Our innovative technology solutions empower contractors to enhance equipment utilization, minimize risks, and boost productivity. Our offerings encompass an upgraded equipment rental process, fleet tracking and asset management software, hardware security solutions, and predictive maintenance applications.
Your Opportunity to Grow With Us

The EquipmentShare team is a collaborative group of professionals dedicated to enhancing our customers' experiences through our services and products. We prioritize building something that meets people's needs, which is only achievable by assembling a skilled, passionate, and talented workforce. Our mission is to elevate productivity and efficiency across the construction sector, and our team members are crucial to realizing this vision.

We are in search of a Property Management Coordinator who thrives on challenges and seeks to advance within a dynamic organization. Unlike many competitors with extensive management hierarchies that hinder career progression, EquipmentShare offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth, with ample challenging yet rewarding tasks, chances to develop new skills, and supportive colleagues who motivate you to excel.

As we expand our operations nationwide, we require multiple standalone industrial properties in some of the most sought-after real estate markets. The low vacancy rates for these properties present a significant challenge. To meet our objectives, we are looking to enhance our market expansion team with a Property Management Coordinator. This role necessitates a solid understanding of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, along with a proactive approach to utilizing all available resources to identify properties that align with our requirements. The ideal candidate will be driven by the challenge and prepared to invest considerable effort to achieve success.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the property qualification database, collaborating with the Construction and Real Estate Team as necessary.
  • Create market and demographic reports for each property to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Assist in gathering data for new real estate opportunities nationwide.
  • Effectively communicate and relay critical information and documents.
  • Verify supporting documentation, create/edit spreadsheets and reports, and assist other departments with report generation.
  • Manage multiple projects with varying priorities while demonstrating strong follow-through on all tasks.
About You

Our mission to transform an entire industry is ambitious, so we seek individuals who are inspired by this goal and ready to embrace the challenge. In return, our employees have the opportunity to grow alongside us, achieve personal and professional success, and make a meaningful impact in an industry that has long resisted change.
Skills & Qualifications

  • Comfortable spending a significant portion of your time on the phone.
  • A strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick to respond to requests and willing to go the extra mile in service.

  • Comprehensive health insurance and medical benefits.
  • 401(k) plan and incentive stock options.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • Well-stocked breakroom and full kitchen facilities.
  • Weekly team workouts at a local gym.
  • Engagement in volunteering and local charity initiatives through EquipmentCare.
  • Opportunities for career and professional development through conferences, events, seminars, and continued education.
