Compensation: $22 per hour

Overview

Riverview North is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will leverage their maintenance expertise and meticulous attention to detail to uphold the physical condition of our property.

Responsibilities

  • Timely completion of work orders according to priority
  • Preparation of units for new residents
  • Upkeep of property grounds and communal areas
  • Conducting preventative maintenance
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workshop and other workspaces
  • Providing a weekly inventory of parts and materials required
  • Assisting in emergency call coverage with fellow team members
  • Exhibiting customer service skills by interacting professionally with residents, staff, and vendors
  • Complying with all safety regulations and procedures
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous
  • Valid Driver's License is mandatory
  • EPA HVAC certification is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
