Compensation: $22 per hour
Overview
Riverview North is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will leverage their maintenance expertise and meticulous attention to detail to uphold the physical condition of our property.

Responsibilities
- Timely completion of work orders according to priority
- Preparation of units for new residents
- Upkeep of property grounds and communal areas
- Conducting preventative maintenance
- Maintaining a clean and organized workshop and other workspaces
- Providing a weekly inventory of parts and materials required
- Assisting in emergency call coverage with fellow team members
- Exhibiting customer service skills by interacting professionally with residents, staff, and vendors
- Complying with all safety regulations and procedures
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous
- Valid Driver's License is mandatory
- EPA HVAC certification is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
