As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our HVAC division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HVAC products, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment.
  • Merchandising and Restocking: Ensure the showroom is well-merchandised and stocked with products, creating an engaging and informative shopping experience for customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist in resolving customer relations problems, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Sales Order Process: Complete sales orders efficiently, with a focus on up-selling associated items to drive revenue growth.
  • Warehouse Duties: Perform warehouse duties as needed, including receiving, stocking, and shipping products.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including sales, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently, meet assigned goals and objectives, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Language: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
