About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Parking Attendant to join our team at Treasure Island Las Vegas.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Valet Attendant is to provide exceptional customer service to guests using valet parking, welcome visitors to the property, assist guests with directions or luggage, and wish guests a good day. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding guests/visitors into valet parking by greeting them at the entry point, protecting the company by noting any prior damage to the vehicle on the claim check, and serving as ambassadors of the property by being the first point of guest contact.

Responsibilities
  • Guide guests/visitors into valet parking by greeting them at the entry point.
  • Protect the company by noting any prior damage to the vehicle on the claim check.
  • Park or retrieve guests/visitors vehicles in a timely manner ensuring the utmost in vehicle safety.
  • Serve as ambassadors of the property by being the first point of guest contact.
  • Open doors of arriving guests/visitors and greet them with the proper salutation.
  • Write a legible claim check for the guest, noting any prior damage to the vehicle on the ticket.
  • Give accurate directions to guests/visitors when necessary.
  • Stand at the Valet Podium taking tickets from guests/visitors who are retrieving their vehicle.
  • Verify with guests if they are checking-in while inquiring if bell assistance is needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have an excellent driving record (three points or less), a current Nevada driver's license, and a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position. They must also be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, work outside in all weather conditions, and keep calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary range for this role is between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
