The Role

This is an on-call position working mostly Wednesday-Sunday from 11am-5pm. As a Parking Attendant, your duties will include:

  • Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and ensure keys are securely stored.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Greeting guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
  • Effectively communicating parking procedures and fees to guests.
  • Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have, and handling any issues in a calm and professional manner.
  • Coordinating with fellow team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements

  • Physical ability to move quickly and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.
Compensation

As a Parking Attendant, you can expect to earn approximately $15-$18 per hour, plus tips. Additionally, you will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts, 401k, vacation/sick leave, holiday pay, and discount programs.
