Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Donations Director to oversee the day-to-day functions of our Community Donation Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Community Donation Center Ambassadors, promoting brand awareness in their community, and developing relationships with local organizations to partner with Savers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Community Donation Center is organized, clean, safe, and welcoming
- Manage donation flow from the CDC into the production room to facilitate a manageable supply flow
- Engage with customers and donors to promote Savers' brand and values
- Plan, track, and measure donation goals and results
- Leverage Voice of the Customer Program to improve donor satisfaction
Leadership and Development
The Community Donations Director will lead, direct, and supervise the work of CDC Ambassadors, planning staffing needs, recruiting, selecting, and training new ambassadors. They will regularly interact, train, coach, and counsel the team, providing recognition and candid feedback while addressing complaints and solving issues.

Location
This role is based at our Brooklyn Park, MD location, and occasional travel may be required. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
