Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
  • Process customer requests, prepare documents, and troubleshoot issues related to returns, servicing, and exchanges.
  • Update databases with status of returned materials, accounts for returns inventory, and record equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Schedule field service repair calls and handle requests for additional company materials.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repair of complex CT Imaging medical equipment.
  • Verify and approve the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment, serving as a Stryker ambassador with key customers.
  • Coordinate and execute installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs of AIRO-CT Scanner Systems in-house and in the field.
  • Manage schedules, work calendars, and travel schedules with support from team leads or supervisors.
  • Prepare and submit field service documentation, including field service reports, expense reports, and service checklists.
  • Travel and assist in other Field Service team members' territories.
  • Instruct and train customers on technical operation and maintenance of equipment, software, and hardware upgrades/updates, installation, and maintenance of equipment at conventions, road shows, and cadaver labs or seminars as required.
  • Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing, and resolve return credit problems.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering Technology, or equivalent-related civilian and/or military experience.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
