Maintenance Assistant Role at Aston Park Healthcare Center

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Aston Park Healthcare Center, a senior living community partnered with Lutheran Services Carolinas. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Responsibilities**

* Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities
* Assist with repairs and maintenance of equipment and machinery
* Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure efficient use of resources
* Participate in rotating weekend shifts and be available for overtime when needed

**Benefits**

* Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 based on experience
* Option to opt-out of benefits for an additional $3.00/hour
* Benefits start after 30 days of employment
