Job Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned hotel professional to lead the daily operations of a premier residential hotel. This role is crucial for achieving revenue and profit goals while ensuring exceptional guest and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily hotel operations, maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection.

  • Revenue Growth: Conduct market analysis of competitors' rates, assist in sales efforts, and forecast local market conditions and special events that may impact occupancy and rates.

  • Financial Acumen: Manage the annual budget by forecasting changes in operating expenses and labor costs. Adjust controllable expenses based on forecasted revenue to maintain profit margins.

  • Guest Experience: Train employees to deliver exceptional service, handle guest complaints professionally, and ensure satisfactory scores on guest satisfaction surveys.

  • Employee Development: Conduct training in alignment with Human Resources programs, maintain a high level of employee satisfaction, and ensure fair treatment of all employees.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure a satisfactory guest experience by maintaining the hotel's physical condition according to quality control standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in extended-stay hotel management is required.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of hotel management and operations, effective communication skills, and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

  • Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule of 45-50 hours per week, including extended hours, nights, and weekends.

  • Licenses: A valid driver's license is required.

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.

  • The candidate will be required to live onsite.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

  • A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with all rent and utilities paid, including a washer and dryer, will be provided onsite.



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
