We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk during the overnight shift.

• Front Desk Operations: Register guests, make reservations, and prepare daily reports.
• Financial Management: Balance transactions, conduct security walks, and complete the End of Day process.
• Communication: Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and maintain good communication with fellow associates and other departments.
• Administrative Tasks: Run morning reports, complete reports as requested by management, and maintain confidentiality and security of all guests and hotel information.
• Teamwork: Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.

• Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Multi-Tasking: Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
• Communication Skills: Possess basic English verbal and written communication skills.
• Math Skills: Possess basic math skills.
• Alcohol Awareness: Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness certification as required by the State.
• Availability: Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Hotel Experience: Experience in a hotel or a related field.
• Brand Knowledge: Brand knowledge and experience.
