Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team at Facet, an innovative engineering and environmental consulting firm based in Washington. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Source and screen qualified candidates, and assist with the interview process
  • Partner with Marketing to create and maintain branded recruiting materials

Campus Recruitment:

  • Identify schools and campus organizations that provide a pipeline of talent for internships and entry-level roles
  • Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions

Equity and Engagement:

  • Work with hiring managers to reduce bias and provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Lead salary survey participation, reviewing and analyzing salary surveys

Requirements:

  • BA in Human Resources, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred
  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP

Salary and Benefits:

  • $80,000 - $90,000 per year, full-time
