Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team at Avance Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge control & automation software, hardware, and high-technology equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
  • Identify new markets and create additional revenue streams through strategic partnerships and relationships.
  • Work with the existing sales team to maintain current business relationships and grow business with the existing customer base within the semiconductor industry.
  • Lead marketing efforts to maximize return on allocated funds and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales-to-production process to maximize efficiency through automation.
  • Provide technical support and answer queries from customers regarding product features and functionalities.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
  • Familiarity with automation software & hardware, semiconductor equipment, or similar technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
