Job Role

The Senior Client Partner will lead all client interfaces within assigned accounts, collaborating with group managers to build account plans and manage client relationships based on those plans. Typically, this role handles single or part of large accounts with significant financial responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
  • Account planning and governance: create account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; alternatively, three years of progressive experience for every year of education, plus 14+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Strong business development track record in business transformation and large outsourcing deals
  • Experience in industrial/process manufacturing and commodities sectors focused on agribusiness, mining, chemical, or food/beverage industry verticals
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and build relationships with C-level client contacts
  • Hands-on experience in proposal creation using regular and non-regular commercial models
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
