Your Role

You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and growing revenue. Your expertise will help clients maximize the value of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client organizations to identify areas for upselling our core measurement and programmatic solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling value propositions and pitches for upsell opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to position DoubleVerify as a trusted partner.
  • Review customer product usage to identify gaps in knowledge or products and address these needs.
  • Identify additional contacts across an organization to educate on DoubleVerify, increasing our presence and uncovering new upsell opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the customer relationship after onboarding, working closely with Enterprise Sales Directors and Integrated Solutions Specialists.
  • Lead RFPs/RFIs for existing customers managed by the Client Partner.
  • Communicate DoubleVerify's value proposition and best practices to clients and industry peers through events, webinars, and direct communications.
  • Organize, request, and present QBRs with insights from the account management team.
  • Define key retention and growth strategies for your portfolio, prioritizing client and agency stakeholders and opportunities.
  • Manage revenue pipeline and activity, providing timely management reports as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in building relationships and influencing clients at media agencies.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue on specific strategic existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking to identify business objectives and challenges, translating them into compelling value propositions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to DoubleVerify's clients.
  • Contact at client direct, including investment, brand safety, measurement & analytics, and ad ops teams.
  • Contact at media agencies, with a strong understanding of accounts, planning teams, and planning cycles.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-departmentally.
  • Effective communication skills throughout the organization.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
