Compensation

The successful candidate can expect an annual base salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000, depending on experience, plus incentives and bonus structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and Paid Time Off, ensuring the well-being of our employees.

Job Description

The Hospice Administrator will provide strategic direction and leadership to the hospice team, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of the hospice program, including clinical operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and review patient care plans
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Monitoring and evaluating program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
  • Fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and enhance referral networks
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in hospice, preferably in a clinical or marketing role. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
