About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Director to lead our domestic violence program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily program operations, supervising staff, and developing strategies to enhance community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily program operations, including monitoring program spending, facilitating staff meetings, and managing funding
  • Provide training, supervision, and clinical oversight to staff members
  • Represent our organization in the community, building relationships with local stakeholders and participating in relevant coalitions
  • Collect data and complete reports for funding sources and agency departments
  • Develop and refine program components to ensure best practice standards
  • Monitor client services and assist with coverage as needed

Requirements:

  • Masters degree from an accredited university
  • Clinical licensure (independent licensure preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with victims/survivors of domestic violence
  • Minimum two years' experience in supervision, program development, and management
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Level 1 fingerprint clearance without restrictions
  • Pass VOCA criminal history suitability requirements
