Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking a distinguished Pediatric BMT Program Director to lead our esteemed pediatric health system in Phoenix, Arizona.

Program Overview

We are a premier pediatric health system renowned for exceptional care and cutting-edge treatments. Our top-ranked program offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of pediatric stem cell transplantation & cell therapy. With two new children's hospitals opening in 2024 and a high-volume, multi-state draw area, you will lead a dedicated team while enjoying protected time for non-clinical duties.

Job Summary

This leadership role provides a collaborative environment with a full support team, including APPs, social workers, therapists, and more. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and excellence in our pediatric BMT program.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care and service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Mentor and coach staff members to achieve professional growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and quality care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A medical degree (MD) or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in pediatric hematology/oncology or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
