Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at FirstCash. As an Assistant Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, asset protection, and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store image.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a retail management role, with a strong focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
