This position demands a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reception Management:
    • Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Handle incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the right departments or personnel.
    • Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
  2. Administrative Assistance:
    • Support in scheduling meetings and appointments.
    • Arrange travel logistics for team members.
    • Draft and distribute both internal and external communications.
  3. Document Organization:
    • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
    • Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.
  4. Facility Management:

  6. Support for Visitors and Staff:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in office management or a related field are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as an office coordinator or front desk representative.
