Position: Medical Device Assembly Technician
Company: SmartTalent
SmartTalent is currently seeking candidates for multiple positions within a prominent medical device manufacturing organization. The focus of this role is to assist in the refurbishment and sanitization of both non-critical and semi-critical medical apparatus.
Opportunity: These are long-term, temp-to-hire positions designed for individuals seeking stable employment with a rapidly expanding company.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of employment history with previous employers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Assembly experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation: $18 - $19.80 per hour
Work Schedule:
- 3rd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately label and pack all items in a timely manner.
- Comprehend and adhere to sanitation and safety protocols to ensure operational efficiency.
- Verify that all equipment meets quality standards prior to packaging and dispatch.
- Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors regarding any inquiries or issues.
- Follow all established safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
