As a Proposal Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to streamline the proposal process by collaborating with our internal teams and clients, ensuring that our proposals are precise and submitted punctually. This full-time role offers flexible work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, or fully remote options, with a competitive starting salary of $30.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities in the First 90 Days:
- Respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) and work closely with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and timely.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products, solutions, and services, as well as our internal structure.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma with a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in proposal preparation or legal/paralegal work.
- 1-2 years of experience coordinating proposal submissions in a technical field (e.g., IT, software, networking).
- Ability to comprehend technical engineering details (prior experience in controls engineering or software engineering is preferred).
- Proficient in software applications, particularly with 2+ years of experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
