Job Title: Nursing Assistant Registered

Job Summary:

The Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) is a vital member of our care team, providing respectful and resident-centered care to our residents. As a NAR, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to assist residents with their daily needs, promoting their physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
• Develop and implement restorative/maintenance nursing programs to promote resident independence and mobility
• Accurately document resident care and observations in the medical record
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident-centered care and promote a positive resident experience
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry
• Prior nursing experience preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks
