{"Job Title": "Nursing Assistant", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Guardian Angels Care Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide respectful, resident-centered care and assistance to our residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents in achieving their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct personal cares for residents at their assessed level of function under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
* Assist residents in achieving their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.
* Assist in providing a dignified, respectful, resident-centered environment for residents.
* Follows universal precautions, facility infection control guidelines, sanitation and safety standards of practice in all work and activities.
* Uphold confidential information as required by Guardian Angels Care Center policy and procedure and as related to HIPPA.
* Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Guardian Angels.

Requirements:

* Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
* Prior nursing experience preferred.
* Must be 16 years of age, or older.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Self-motivated, ability to prioritize.

Schedule:

* 2:30-10pm Schedule.
* Part time, working 29 hours per pay period (2 Weeks).
* Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holiday.
