Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Wantable. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Assemble shipping boxes and prepare them for shipment.
  • Replenish inventory in picking bins to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Process reverse shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Fulfillment Center Manager.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with data entry on a computer is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with the Fulfillment Center Manager.
  • Motivation to work with minimal supervision and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
