Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced NICU Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Supervisor to join our team at Medical City Dallas. This full-time night shift position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Job Description
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Support patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
Required Qualifications
  • BSN required, MSN preferred.
  • Texas RN license or compact license accepted.
  • Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
  • Current NRP issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Must have at least two years of Level IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Medical City Dallas offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, and education assistance.
