About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our medical group practice. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care, a safe patient environment, and efficient patient flows. You will work closely with our operational leadership, medical directors, physician providers, and other clinical staff to deliver excellent service and optimize outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of job-related experience and a strong understanding of children's health and wellness. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the operations of a practice, ensuring compliance with standards of clinical care and maintaining accountability for quality, safety, service, and operational excellence.
- Work closely with CHMG operational leadership, medical directors, physician providers, and other clinical staff in a collaborative approach to excellence in service and clinical care, optimal outcomes, and efficient resource utilization.
- Develop and support processes designed to engage all staff in the pursuit of operational and service excellence, regularly reviewing patient satisfaction data and analyzing for opportunities, and involving staff and providers in developing a plan for improvement when necessary.
- Monitor and analyze all performance improvement and quality data, proactively addressing performance/quality issues, including a thorough review with physician leaders for resolution.
- Review, analyze, and collaboratively resolve operational issues, including staff and patient family concerns under the direction of the practice manager as required.
- A minimum of 1 year of job-related experience.
- At least 3 years of job-related experience preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training beyond high school is preferred.
- No licenses or certifications are required, but a nursing background is essential.
