About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Ambulatory Care Nursing Leader at our Dallas location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to front-line staff in our ambulatory care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to front-line staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Clinical Expertise: Utilize your clinical expertise to provide direct patient care during scheduled shifts, while also overseeing the development of new team members.
  • Operational Management: Collaborate with the Clinical Manager or Practice Administrator to ensure efficient operational management, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Quality Improvement: Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance quality and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience required
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas required
  • BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association required
