Role Overview

The Corporate Training Specialist will play a critical role in the National Training Program, transforming how training is delivered to reach a new generation of professionals joining Northwestern Mutual.

This role requires partnering with field leadership to deliver the national training experience in participating network and district network offices.

  • Main Accountabilities:
  • Deliver gold-standard facilitation of foundational national training program sessions.
  • Schedule delivery of training, production of materials, communications, and reporting.
  • Support learners and offices across all US time zones.
  • Develop learners participating in the national training experience.
  • Partner with the National Training team, home office business partners, and the field to build, evolve, and maintain the national training experience.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, adult education, communications, or marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent writing and facilitation/public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels, demonstrating diplomacy, sensitivity, and flexibility.
  • Three or more years of proven experience developing and delivering effective curriculum and training programs.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,320.00 to $126,880.00, based on factors including your skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
