We seek a highly driven, qualified, and client-focused Lead Architect and Project Coordinator with extensive experience across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, oversee, and deliver projects in both public and private domains, including governmental, commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
  • Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary projects, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Support business development initiatives, including market analysis, client engagement, lead generation, and contract acquisition.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize proposals, reports, and contractual documents.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with design teams, clients, and relevant agencies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Registered Architect in Wisconsin.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Multidisciplinary expertise in any or all of the following sectors: Government, Commercial, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Industrial.
  • Experience in responding to Requests for Proposals, Expressions of Interest, and Statements of Qualifications.
  • Proven track record in client development and maintaining robust client relationships.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, adaptability, quality focus, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, MS Project, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modeling or rendering software.
  • Project Management training is preferred.
  • Familiarity with public project delivery processes is a plus.
