- Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our supply chain operations are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality and safety.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong background in shipping and receiving, inventory management, and supply chain management.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer software applications, including inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Certifications: Forklift certification required; other certifications, such as OSHA or Hazmat, may be beneficial.
