Sales and Leadership Expert

We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Leader to join our team at HealthCheck360. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results. You will have a strong background in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Hire, train, and develop sales talent.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the Executive Vice President to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success in the employee benefits industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience working with CRM systems, such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
