Educational Support Specialist

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position in New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:- Implement Therapy Plans: Assist in the execution of individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans designed by Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students' speech and language needs.
- Conduct Sessions: Provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP, focusing on improving articulation, fluency, and language skills.
- Monitor Progress: Track and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy as needed in collaboration with the supervising SLP.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom environment and support students' overall learning experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and communications with stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Associates degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Certification: Valid SLPA certification or licensure in New Hampshire.
- Experience: Experience with elementary-aged students is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational professionals.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
