Sales Representative

AmeriPro Roofing, a leading residential roofing contractor, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Denver metro area. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in educating and informing homeowners about their entitlements through storm damage related to roofing, siding, and gutter projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, and social media.
- Manage and maximize assigned territory to drive sales growth.
- Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
- Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed with homeowners.
- Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners.
- Meet with insurance adjusters on property to ensure smooth claims processing.
- Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
- Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales and networking.
- Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners through under-promising and over-delivering.
- Educate customers on industry products and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
- Methodically manage sales pipelines via our CRM system.
- Maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
- Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
- 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience (preferred but not required).
- A reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred for vehicle allowance eligibility).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
- Industry knowledge (a plus but not required).
- Previous experience using a CRM platform.
- Experience following a documented consultative sales system (preferred).
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
- Dedication to personal career development by reaching set goals.
- A valid driver's license (any state applicable).
- 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes).
- Performance-based pay (based on activities).
- Commission on approved sales.
- $62,400 - $266,000 per year (expected yearly earnings).
- Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles).
- Quarterly bonus.
