- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
- Manage sales pipeline via our CRM and maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
- Performance-based pay and commission on approved sales.
- $62,400 - $266,000 per year (expected yearly earnings).
- Vehicle allowance for qualifying vehicles.
- Quarterly bonus and full insurance benefits.
- 401K with 4% employer match and company-paid trips.
- Office support staff, training and development program, and opportunity for growth and advancement.
- 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience.
- Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
- Previous experience using a CRM platform and industry knowledge a plus.
- Self-sufficient and able to work in an independent environment.
