About the Role

AmeriPro Roofing, a leading residential roofing contractor, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Denver metro area. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in educating homeowners on their entitlements through storm damage and promoting our roofing, siding, and gutter services.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, and preset leads.
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
  • Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed with homeowners.
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on property and collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
  • Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales and networking.
  • Build relationships with homeowners by earning trust and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
  • Manage sales pipeline via our CRM and maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience.
  • A reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform and following a documented consultative sales system.
  • Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
  • Dedication to personal career development and reaching set goals.
