Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, and preset leads.
- Manage and maximize assigned territory to drive sales growth.
- Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
- Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed with homeowners.
- Meet with insurance adjusters on property and collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.

- Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
- Manage sales pipeline via our CRM and maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
- 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience.
- A reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
- Previous experience using a CRM platform and following a documented consultative sales system.
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
- Dedication to personal career development and reaching set goals.
- Performance-based pay and commission on approved sales.
- $62,400 - $266,000 per year (expected yearly earnings).
- Vehicle allowance for qualifying vehicles.
