Job Description:

As a Salesforce Program Manager at Coltech, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple Salesforce implementation projects, collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive successful project execution and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication across all levels.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure smooth progress and minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the agreed-upon scope and quality standards.
  • Client Training and Support: Assist in end-user training and provide post-launch support to ensure successful adoption of the Salesforce solution.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Implementation Expertise: Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) for clients of varying sizes.
  • Program Management: Strong experience in program/project management, including scoping, planning, scheduling, and delivering Salesforce projects.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships and handling expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
