About the Role
  We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Addition Management. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders, including scheduling and organizing meetings, calls, and presentations, and preparing and presenting reports on account status, client feedback, and project progress.

Responsibilities
  
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and presentations with clients and log all activities into Salesforce.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, client feedback, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that meet client needs and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications
  
  • 2-4 years experience in a hospitality or culinary sales / operations environment.
  • 1-2 years experience with Salesforce CRM required.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP system/s preferred.
