Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical architecture, deployment, and enhancement of global infrastructure services, with a primary emphasis on our Hybrid Cloud strategy.
  • Oversee the design of architecture and topology, evaluate new technologies, and plan integration activities.
  • Investigate and propose new technological solutions, including integrated hardware and software that fulfill critical business needs.
  • Ensure that architecture and design deliver reliability and redundancy across all IT services.
  • Manage projects and program components to meet established service objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported infrastructure.
  • Automate operational tasks for Windows, Linux, and Cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to integrate Systems technologies with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and other legal and regulatory requirements in the infrastructure domain.
  • Experience in establishing observability tools (such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or Elastic Search) is essential.
  • Manage logging and monitoring tools and their associated traces.
  • Oversee both backend and frontend aspects of the observability tool.
  • Facilitate integrations with various SaaS platforms to streamline log management within the Observability platform.
  • Engage with infrastructure, systems, and cloud technologies as necessary.
