Key Responsibilities:
1. **Instructional Design:** Develop and implement course syllabi and learning materials that align with educational standards. Utilize assessment strategies to evaluate student performance effectively.
2. **Teaching Delivery:** Facilitate engaging learning experiences by employing diverse teaching methods and technologies. Provide timely feedback to students to enhance their learning journey.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
- A Bachelor's degree in automotive technology or a related field, or an Associate degree with relevant experience.
- Master ASE Certification or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Teaching experience, particularly in a community college setting.
- Recent training in automotive technology, especially with leading automotive manufacturers.
