The Straz Center for the Performing Arts is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests, making recommendations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks consistent with the Center's standards.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Ensure cleanliness in all areas of the workspace.
  • Work effectively in a team-based environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a stand-up position for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Prior experience as a Barista in a full-service, high-volume restaurant preferred.
